How Do I Receive Notification Of Donation Settlements?

Donations made on everydayhero are deposited into an organization's nominated bank account on a weekly basis as a lump sum.  Members of the organization can be notified via email when the settlement report is available within the charity account.

All users who have a login to the charity account will receive notification via email when the settlement report is available each week.  This email will be sent from notification@everydayhero.com to the email address each user utilizes to login via https://nfp.everydayhero.com/admin/us/sign-in.

If a user has not received this email, it may have been sent to the spam/filter/junk folder incorrectly.  Users can prevent this by adding notification@everydayhero.com to their address book or contacts list.
