How do I get a receipt for my donation?

When a donation has been processed, a receipt will automatically be sent out via email.

When you make a donation, you can choose to have another receipt sent to you at tax time by clicking the check box.

If you have a Supporter page with everydayhero, and have made donations linked to the same email address you use to log in, you will be able to access your receipts from the dashboard of your account. Please follow these steps -

1. Follow this link - www.everydayhero.com.au

2. Click "Log In" in the top right hand corner.

3. Click "Your name" in the top right hand corner, and "Account" from the drop down menu.

4. From here, you will be able to see any donations you have made and download receipts.

 

If you have lost your receipt and require another copy, please contact us so we can send you out another one!
