There are two possible types of registrants that may appear on your reports, particularly if you are utilising individual and/or group tickets. These are commonly referred to as Primary and Secondary registrants.
Primary registrants: These participants have registered themselves and receive a supporter page on completion of their registration.
Secondary registrants: These participants have been registered by another person, such as a friend or work colleague, and do not receive a supporter page on completion of the registration. They receive an email prompting them to activate their page. Once they have activated their page, the page link will appear in your registration report.
