I have not received my race pack and bib, what should I do?


All entries received before close of business Friday, 24 June 2016 can opt to have their race kits mailed to them.

All postage will incur a $6.95 fee. Race kits can also be collected from the Sole Motive store prior to event day.

Please note: Any changes to your registration, of any kind (i.e. name, distance, postage) will incur a $10 admin fee.

Those who enter after Friday, 24 June 2016 will not be given the option of postage. Instead, they will need to collect their race kit from the Sole Motive Store at 170 Queen Street, Melbourne (Thursday, 21 July – Saturday, 23 July)

Please note: those who do not select postage must pick up from the Sole Motive store. No on-day collection will be available.

All registrations and merchandise for this event are organised by the Run Melbourne team.
