How Should I Process Cash Donations I Have Received?


If you have collected cash from your donors please put the cash donation in an envelope and hand this to your school. 

You will then be able to add the donation amount to your fundraising page!
To do this please follow the instructions below:  

Firstly, you will need to log into your School Fun Run profile, you can do that by clicking here 


Once you are logged in you will see your School Fun Run profile. 

Under your photo, you will see 'Money Raised', here you will see the option to 'edit cash amount'. Once you click on 'edit cash amount' you will be able to add your cash donations to your page. 


Please note, you will not be able to add cash donations one-by-one, you will need to add the combined amount of all your cash donations into the field.


Once these have been added to you School Fun Run profile they will then show on your supporter page!
