Help! It says I already have an account

If you are seeing this error when you go to activate your page, don't stress! It's because an Everydayhero account is already using this email address so you have had an account for the previous year or for another event!

You cannot create a new account under this email if you have already used it, you will just need to Log In to your old account.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Click ‘Log in’ at the top right hand corner

2. Use the email address you just used and your password (previously set up)

If you can’t remember your password, simply press ‘Reset My Password’ and look out for this in your inbox. Please note, it may be stuck in your spam filter or junk inbox if you don't see it straight away.
