JRFH - Teacher Questions: How to submit your schools order prize

Now that your school has finished fundraising it is time for you to submit your school's prize order.

Hot Tips: 

Students that have raised funds online only

  • Finalise your program by visiting 'Order Prizes' in the left hand menu.
  • Students can request to switch to one lower level prize only - enter notes beside students who have requested a lower level prize
  • Hit send once all classes and students are approved (this includes students that raised a total of zero)

Students that have raised funds offline and online 

  • Follow the steps above, verify cash amounts beside each student's name and confirm you’ve received each amount.
  • You’ll need to bank these funds (see how to do this here), and send in cash sponsorship forms so we can provide receipts for any donors who request them.

Students that raised funds offline only:

  • If you have students that didn’t create a fundraising page, you can add them as additional rows along with the cash amount they’ve raised.
  • You’ll need to bank these funds (see how to do this here), and send in cash sponsorship forms so we can provide receipts for any donors who request them.

Please note that once your prize order is submitted online, you won't be able to make any edits. Prizes will be sent to your school only once all cash amounts have been remitted.
