I've made a duplicate donation - how do I get a refund?


If your donation has gone through twice please send us an email at help@everydayhero.com.au

In your email to our Support Team, please include the email address you used to make your donation, the date of your donation, the amount you donated & the link to the fundraising page you made your donation to, if applicable.
Our Customer Support Team will then be able to refund the duplicate donation.
